1. Our Role

Authentica Photo is a curated online directory connecting individuals seeking professional dating profile photography with independent photographers in their city or region.

Authentica does not provide photography services directly. We do not act as an agent, employer, or representative of listed photographers.

Any agreement for photography services is made directly between the client and the selected photographer.

2. Independent Photographers

All photographers listed on Authentica operate as independent businesses.

Authentica is not responsible for:

  • The quality of services provided

  • Pricing, availability, or session terms

  • Delivery timelines

  • Refunds or disputes

  • Personal or dating outcomes

Clients are responsible for reviewing a photographer’s portfolio, confirming details, and entering into appropriate agreements directly.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Authentica does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of inquiries or bookings

  • Photographer availability in every city

  • Compatibility between clients and photographers

  • Dating matches or personal outcomes

Photography can support confidence and clarity, but it does not determine relationship results.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use this website respectfully and lawfully.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or scrape content without permission

  • Misuse contact forms

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove access to the site if misuse occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, design elements, and logos on this site are the property of Authentica Photo or Headshots Matter Inc., unless otherwise stated.

Photographers retain rights to their own images.

6. Limitation of Liability

Authentica Photo and Headshots Matter Inc. are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or claims arising from:

  • Use of the website

  • Engagement with a listed photographer

  • Services provided by a photographer

Any concerns regarding services must be addressed directly with the photographer involved.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any updates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
